Some Pinoy men are so……
Apr 23rd, 2010 by niceyfemme

Malibog. Or immature. I can’t really find the perfect words as I’m really mad now! I’m not saying all Pinoy men are guilty by the way.
Why am I so irritated? I feel harassed by them. Here’s why.

It’s summertime here in the Philippines, and it’s understandable that it’s sooo hot! We went to SM to do our grocery shopping and I wore a black sleeveless tank top and jeans. As I was waiting for Bee to get the car (we were parked so far from the exit of the supermarket and we bought a lot of stuff, I decided to just wait for him there) a group of people passed by me. Then two of them upon crossing infront of me suddenly said, “Ang sarap!” and “Wow!” Then they all looked at me. You know when they are talking to you right? You feel it. I felt offended to I said, “You guys are so stupid!”

Also, some old men upon passing in front of me will really stare in my chest area, only because I’m wearing a sleeveless tank top. They won’t even try to hide that they are looking at me like that how freaking rude is that.
I don’t deserve this. Why are Filipino men like this? Testosterone overload? I don’t dress provocatively. This is actually the reason why I’m so careful wearing anything other than T-shirt and jeans whenever I’m in here. They really look and even stare. In Singapore men are not like that even when girls show way too much skin.

Why is this the case? I mean really? I never dress sexy because I don’t like it when people look at me, more so be the center of unwanted sexual attention.

To those men, please know when a woman is the type you can just do “that” thing you do I so hate. I’m not that type. If a woman show skin, you can look because it means she’s either asking for it or she’s enjoying the attention. If the woman looks decent and IS DECENT, then control your freaking selves! Is this something you do to compensate for insecurity? ┬áDo you need anything like Vigrx to know and feel like the you are a real man? If you think you need that then go ahead but KEEP ME OUT OF YOUR GESTURES. CONTROL YOUR FREAKING SELVES!

I hate Cebu Pacific!!!

I hate everything about this airline! The call center agent is RUDE, uninterested. I hate their system! Just rebooking they make it hard on us. Ok I just dropped the call. Too much already. First I waited for their call for 20 freaking minutes and when I was able to talk to this Louvelle she was rude. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and gave me the reason that their freaking system is updating. How long does it take to load??????
This is the reason why I prefer Jetstar over Cebu Pacific. I had an experience with them in 2008 when I only wanted to rebook a flight and they messed it up so I wanted to just cancel it. Then they wanted me to pay an expensive amount just to cancel. That moment I swore I’d never book a flight with them. But then stubborn me. My flights last year was with them as they are a bit cheaper. No problem as I didn’t need to re-book. Now this is what happened.

Rebooking should be easy! It’s not rocket science that why I’n frustrated that IT IS THIS HARD.

I need to rebook my return flight.

Ascott Makati Sucks!
Sep 11th, 2009 by niceyfemme

Had a terrible experience with them yesterday.

See this is how it began.

Went to Rustan’s to buy something… ended up buying some thingS…..

Then headed to SM to check if they have sweet soy sauce for my Chai Tow Kway experiment….

Ended up buying a lot of things so I had to bring those heavy bags to the car

I was parked in Glorietta 3 Parking….

I was in G3 and there’s an excalator going down to a parking lot (basement)

I wondered if I could use that to go to where I was parked, and also to ask if that parking lot and the parking lot where I was parked is one and connected.

Asked the guard. Don’t know what to say to me.

I moved on to the parking teller. She got me confused but told me to go one floor down to use lift there.

Then I noticed there’s some kind of partition there.

I asked the security officer. (Turned out he’s Ascott Security.)

I went to the lift. Guess what the guard asked me. “Are you checked in here?”

I said, “No, not right now. But I have stayed here before. Last year actually.”

Guess what, she turned me away. Me who’s getting dizzy from all the walking around looking for my car and asking people who do not seem to know that simplest answer to my very simple question. To think that’s where they work!

I was so humiliated. I was mad.

Passed by Ascott Makati ground floor in G4.

Told them I’d be needing to talk to their superior about the matter.

Went back after i brought the stuff the heavy stuff in my car which I discovered is just on the other side of the building. And nobody was able to tell me!

I waited for 30 minutes in Ascott. They told me the supervisor is on his way already. I said, “Where is he coming from, Megamall?” It took him that long.

Then turned out that guy is even a much worse ass than the first officer I talked to.

I gave them chance to explain their side, as to why they turn away people like that. Just one or two floors up.

Im in no position to question whatever house rule they have no matter how stupid it may sound. My point is, IT COULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME BETTER. But the officers were arrogant and rude!

I almost broke down and cry there. The supervisor or manager (im not so sure but i’ll never forget his face) were so arrogant. Told him what you want, I check in in here right now so you wouldn’t make me wait this long? Or if i’m caucasian, I know you people will handle this better.

So many details as to how rude they were but I wont write that here entirely.

That’s for their Resident Manager/ GM to hear.

Btw, I used to work in Ascott Singapore Raffles Place, we never turn people away like that.

I hate it. Filipinos doing this to fellow Filipinos.

And how much did we pay for their one bedroom executive? And they sucked when we were there. The room flooded for crying out loud!

It’s so not worth it.

I hate Ascott Makati.

Korean’s leave! (if you can’t bahave!)

A few months ago, I watched a news report about an incident that involves Koreans assaulting Manila Councilor Roderick Valbuena.

South Korean Nationals Face Assault Charges In Philippines

AHN Staff

Manila, Philippines (AHN) – Two South Korean nationals are facing possible charges of assault on a person with authority after a councilor in the Philippine capital of Manila accused them of alleged mauling and hurling invectives before dawn Saturday.

Roderick Valbuena, a councilor in Manila filed direct assault and oral defamation charges against South Koreans Sim Gudae, 29; and Kim Joo Min, 37, before the Manila Police District General Assignment Section. The foreigners are now being detained pending investigation.

Valbuena said he had just came from a meeting with the vice mayor of Manila at around 3 am Saturday, when his vehicle was blocked by the Koreans.

He said he advised the Koreans, who were apparently drunk, to go home and let them pass through. But the foreigners refused prompting him to alight from his vehicle.

At this point, the Koreans allegedly slapped and hurled invectives at him.

Valbuena said he introduced himself to the foreigners as a lawmaker and warned he would file charges against them. Instead, Sim and Kim reportedly challenged him to make true his threat because they knew a ranking police general and threatened to report him before the South Korean Embassy.

The lawmaker said he sought police assistance and asked the foreigners to be arrested.

Like I said, I have watched the news clip of this and man! The arrogance made my blood boil!

I myself have some personal experience around them. I have seen rudeness, the arrogance.

Back when I was still in college, there’s a lot of Koreans studying in our school. I don’t mind sharing the school with them.

Outside the university’s boundaries, the Koreans have set-up their businesses there. Its ok, that’s good for the economy. But what I hate is how they act when in public! They talk like theyre the only people there. They shout and dont care that everybody’s looking at them for disturbing everyone. Smoking in places where you shouldn’t be smoking. the list goes on and on.

Just now, I again have watched an incident of assault that involves them. There was a check point and there were PDEA (Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency) officers checking the cars passing by. You know the Koreans’ car did? They hit the officer! and tried to grab the officer’s gun!

Again, blood boiling!

IT’S A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL WHEN YOU KOREAN PEOPLE ARE ALREADY ACTING LIKE YOU OWN THIS COUNTRY. DISRESPECTING PEOPLE OF AUTHORITY HERE. Im so freaking tired of this! You people think you are better than the locals here reason why you’re acting this way?

When Im in a different country, I follow the law there, as well as their culture. I don’t make a scene. I dont act like I own that country and I’m not scared of the law or anyone.

I acknowledge that the businesses you bring here help the economy. But is it worth it? Should we just take this behavior?

Filipinos are very hospitable people and have welcomed you with open arms that is why I have this to the rude and arrogant ones.
