Even though the final results of the recent Philippine Election is not in yet, unofficial numbers are released by Comelec from time to time and it looks like Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III has won for the Presidential seat and Jejomar Binay for Vice President.

Noynoy Aquino for president is somewhat expected already as he always topped the reliable surveys ever since. But Jejomar Binay? He really came out as the dark horse. I thought Mar Roxas will win, like most Filipinos assumed. But then the official tally is not in yet and the numbers are neck and neck so Mar Roxas could still regain the advantage over Binay.

The release of tally results is very slow. Yes, automated election they say, which cost the Filipino people how many millions of pesos? If I know it’s just another “project” of theirs so they could have their own project. I heard one where they ordered 1.815 million of “secrecy” folders that cost the huge amount of Php 380 each when the real cost is only Php 3.80. For sure they didn’t have any problems with office supplies as they will surely think of other items to buy so they can do this type of scam too.

Politics is real dirty.  Hate it.

Oh and I’m a late supporter of Gibo Teodoro. I could have voted for him. But then I think this is not his time yet. Maybe in the future. I never thought I could see myself wanting to vote. Gibo Teodoro made me want to. But then he lost already.

Noynoy Aquino, I hope you make a difference in all our lives. If not, have pity on your sister Kris, all the blame will be shouldered by her. Unfortunately.

Php 500,000,000 (Yes, 500 Million Pesos)

This is how much Senator Manny Villar has spent already for this election campaign and we’re only half way through…. It’s MONTHS AWAY before the May 2010 elections.

Just last December 2009 he spent Php 70,000,000 (70 Mil) alone. Whoah!

Just one question to all those running for public office. How do you guys expect to get back the money you spent RUNNING for public office? i.e. presidency?

Even the greatest math wizards will get crazy trying to analyze how you will get your ROI (Return of Investment). Yes, politics is one great business. And believe me, once they’re in that seat already, they will maximize it’s use and get back that investment.

Let’s just say for arguments’ sake that a presidentiable spent a total of 1 billion pesos for this election, (in reality it could be much, much more) they will triple that or who knows how many times they will multiply the investment money to get the profit they will pocket????

With that money, he could have already donated thousands of units of houses with his company Camella Homes. If and I mean IF he really and truly mean that. Wow I actually dare him to do that.

That’s why I’m not voting. My one vote is just too precious to be wasted to a wrong candidate. There’s no name I could write with full confidence. So not confident that I could trust them with our future.

Nag-Pasko ka na ba sa gitna ng kalsada?
Yan ang tanong namin…
Tunay ka bang isa sa amin?
