Ok. I just got back from Department of Foreign Affairs in Aseana Business Park in Macapagal Blvd.

Nakakaloka!

I had an appointment today at 10:30 this morning after I went through the DFA Passport Appointment System online. DFA advised everyone to be there 30 minutes before your appointment time. I wonder why that is at first. Then I knew why. It’s because you have to line up outside before they let you in for processing. It was fun observing. Different kinds of attitude, different personalities. Interesting fashion sense for some. I saw someone who looked like she was from Manga comics. She was wearing two overlapping corsets over a long dark skirt and long sleeved shirt. With our weather I wonder how she was able to stand that. Lined up for more than thirty minutes and it was so annoying when some offsprings of the Gods cut the line. That really made me want to shout at them for having no discipline.

Then once I got in, the Information Counter gave a number. I made friends with people around me who kept me company during the three long hours I waited there. There are 23 processing windows but not all of them are open. My number was 1661. It was only 1420 when I got in so before my number was called 3 hours already passed. I was starving but got nothing to do but wait.

Come out just when I need them not to appear!

Two years ago, I was about to start working in Ascott, when more than one pimples suddenly surfaced in my face. There was actually four big ones in my face then. We were having training then, how to apply make-up etc so it was embarrassing when you have a blemished face with gigantic pimples.

Our photo was taken for our employment card/pass, and I have big ones in my nose. I hated that photo I wouldn’t dare look at it or I’ll risk ruining my mood for the rest of the day.

Now that I will have my photo taken again today, I have a big one near the nose. Thank goodness it’s not in the nose itself! But then there are days when I have nowhere to go to and I have perfectly clear skin.

Would someone please suggest popular best acne treatments that has been tried and tested by you?

My hormones are going crazy.

I usually have clear skin they just happen to come out just when I need them not to!

There are actions our family do where we are against of them because we care so much. But then you can’t make them do what you think is right because they are the master of their own selves. This is my dilemma most of the time.

There are members of the family who do not eat right. Convenience is favored, eating what is easily available. I teach suggest better alternatives that lean on the healthy side like how to cook this and that. Easy to cook and yet easy to prepare and yummy too. Some of them just don’t know how to cook so teach them. Some favors soft drinks. I stop them. Yes I’m the killjoy here.

One of my biggest worries is cigarette smoking. I want to introduce e cigarette which is a better alternative to smoking the real thing but then I have to research about this first.

At the end of the day I cannot control everything and everyone even when I have the best intentions for them. I just pray to God and leave everything to Him. After all I’m only human, I have no powers at all, I only have love to give.
